The project of "Research on lithium battery power management system" is commissioned by Changzhou pengteng Energy Technology Co., Ltd. the system is composed of lower computer and upper computer. The lower computer uses the high reliability single chip microcomputer as the main control chip of the system to manage the collection of cell voltage, temperature and current in the battery pack, and manage the charging and discharging of the battery pack according to the collected information. It has the protection functions of overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent and short circuit, and has the characteristics of good stability and powerful function compared with similar products; At the same time, the current integration algorithm is used to realize the self-learning operation of battery capacity FCC, which has higher accuracy and applicability than the algorithm of calculating electricity according to voltage; The upper computer is developed by VC, which can realize the functions of data display, configuration parameters and remote control. It is connected with the lower computer through RS232 and RS485 buses. At present, each system can manage up to 16 series of lithium batteries, which can realize the stable and reliable operation of the system, and can provide safe and reliable power for mobile electronic devices such as notebook computers, communication base stations, electric bicycles, electric tools, etc., and has broad industrialization prospects.
