Nandu's medium-term net profit increased by 5.65%, and power batteries continued to be launched in the second half of the year

According to the mid-2015 report of Nandu power, the net profit of the company in the first half of the year was 80.3372 million yuan, an increase of 5.65% year-on-year. As a leading enterprise of fixed batteries, Nandu power supply will focus on the field of power batteries in the second half of the year.
The main products of Nandu power supply are backup power supply, power supply and system, energy storage power supply and system, accounting for 58%, 37% and 5% of the operating revenue in the first half of 2015 respectively.
It is worth noting that in the first half of the year, among the three business areas of Nandu power supply, only the gross profit margin of power battery products increased, mainly because the sales volume of self owned brand power batteries, namely "Nandu" brand power batteries, increased significantly in the first half of the year, and this part of the gross profit margin was higher.
In 2011, Nandu power acquired Huayu to further expand the capacity of its electric bicycle battery. It is reported that Nandu Huayu has an annual capacity of 14.4 million batteries (4.5 million KVAh) in the second publicity of the environmental impact assessment of the production equipment and process technology upgrading project in 2014, and is one of the largest power battery and plate manufacturers in China. In addition to the production of "Nandu" brand power batteries, it also cooperates with Chaowei to produce electric bicycle batteries for its OEM.
The annual report shows that in the first half of the year, the operating income of Nandu power battery business was 752million yuan, down 7.22% year-on-year, dragged down by the price war and the increase in the sales expenses of Nandu Huayu OEM electric bicycle batteries, a holding subsidiary.
In the second half of the year, it is expected that the sales of Nandu's own brand power batteries are expected to further improve, which will drive the development of power battery business.
